Environment
Significant developments are likely to require an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Often the Local Planning Authority has some discretion as to whether an EIA is necessary. Where this is the case, we will establish whether an EIA will be required and, if so, which potential impacts need to be addressed in the assessment. Environmental Impact Assessment requires a team of specialists combining to provide a robust Environmental Statement that achieves the legislative requirements. At West Waddy ADP we manage this process.
Masterplanning and other major development proposals may require a Sustainability Appraisal and at West Waddy ADP we have the necessary skills in house to prepare such appraisals.
When designing specific buildings our team will ensure low carbon outcomes via the Code for Sustainable Homes or BREEAM evaluation.
